We are seeking a technically strong Zoho Developer to enhance and scale our CRM, reporting, and data ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of Zoho CRM, analytics dashboards, and system integrations, enabling visibility across the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Credit Risk, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy, streamline workflows, and deliver reporting solutions that support decision-making, compliance, and business growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who can build scalable CRM solutions and automation in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Zoho CRM Development & Customization
Design, develop, and maintain custom modules, workflows, blueprints, and automation within Zoho CRM
Optimize CRM structure to support sales, marketing, and operational processes
Implement validation rules, process automation, and user role configurations
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across CRM systems
Dashboarding & Analytics (Backend Focus)
Build and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics
Develop data models, pipelines, and transformations to support accurate reporting
Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions
Improve visibility across key business metrics, conversion rates, and lifecycle reporting
System Integrations & Data Management
Manage and enhance integrations between Zoho CRM and external platforms such as telephony systems, lead generation tools, and loan/origination systems
Develop and maintain APIs, webhooks, and middleware connections
Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure seamless data flow across systems
Monitor and optimize system performance and data synchronization processes
Automation & Process Optimization
Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows across sales, marketing, and operations
Build scalable automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational errors
Support lead lifecycle automation from acquisition through conversion and servicing
Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and improve system usability
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Credit, and Customer Operations teams to gather requirements
Translate business needs into technical solutions
Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and training to internal users
Act as the internal SME for all Zoho-related systems and capabilities
Requirements
3–6 years of experience as a Zoho Developer
Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Deluge scripting
Proven experience integrating CRM systems with third-party platforms via APIs and webhooks
Experience with telephony systems, lead generation tools, and loan/origination systems is preferred
Strong understanding of data structures, reporting, and dashboard design
Experience working in fintech, financial services, or high-growth environments is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
