Every draft is visible from the Emails tab before its send time. You can edit subject, body, or scheduled send time on anything that hasn’t gone out yet.

You can schedule 1,000 — you can’t send them all at once. That’s deliberate.

ResuMail does not read your inbox, your sent folder, your contacts, or any existing emails. Google’s own consent screen says it directly: “Send email on your behalf.” That’s the only Gmail permission we ever ask for. You can revoke it any time from your Google account settings.

No. Every email is sent from your own Gmail address, not from a ResuMail server. Recipients see the mail land identical to one you’d write by hand: from your name, in your own sent folder, with no tracking pixels, no unsubscribe footer, no “Sent with…” signature.

Drafts are personalised against your real resume and the recipient’s title; common AI tells are cleaned up before queuing. A quick read of the first few drafts in each batch closes the last gap.
