Job Description: Russell Investments, a leading Financial Services firm, is seeking a skilled   Workday Specialist   to enhance our Global HR Operations team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with global   stakeholders   supporting the technology and infrastructure that drive our HR business processes.   We are looking for candidates with 6+ years of experience in the Workday HCM product suite and strong   expertise   in Workday reporting, dashboard development, and data analytics, including experience with Power BI and/or Workday Prism Analytics . If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about   leveraging   data to drive insights and decisions, we invite you to apply.   Years of Experience   6+ years of experience as a Workday Specialist using extensive functional knowledge of the Workday HCM product suite (including Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Absence, and Time)    6+ years of Workday HCM administration experience, including advanced reporting, dashboard development, security administration, business process administration, and integrations    Demonstrated experience building complex Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions; experience with Power BI and/or Workday Prism Analytics strongly preferred    Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree in related field   Workday HCM Certification Preferred   Responsibilities   Lead Workday HCM Configuration:   Serve as the technical expert for advanced Workday configuration, focusing on performance management, time and absence management, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and talent analytics dashboards.    Reporting, Dashboards, and Data Analytics:   Design and deliver advanced Workday reports   and   dashboards,   leveraging   calculated fields,   matrix and   composite reports, and Power Bi and/or Workday Prism Analytics to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support management and executive decision-making, with a strong emphasis on talent and workforce analytics.   Manage Organizational Changes:   Oversee complex organizational changes within Workday,   providing   advanced functional support for issues and   ensuring   smooth transitions.    Integrations Management:   Support inbound and outbound Workday integrations, including design, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring data integrity across systems.    Security and Compliance:   Provide primary security administration and IT audit support, ensuring compliance with internal policies and best practices.    Enhancements and Testing:   Configure enhancements or changes in Workday HRIS and lead comprehensive testing cycles, actively reviewing new functionalities to ensure   optimal   performance.    Client Support:   Offer backup support for the HR Service Center by responding to escalated client-service requests, ensuring high-quality service delivery.    Candidate Requirements   Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to   leverage   data   to   influence decision-making.   Proven experience in building Workday dashboards and delivering data insights; hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Workday Prism Analytics   strongly   preferred .     Strong   project, prioritization, & time management skills – ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadline s .   Demonstrated ability to drive efforts to standardize,   optimize , and simplify processes and technical solutions.    Core Values   Demonstrates integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information,   ensuring strict confidentiality at all times .   Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication and collaboration skills with all levels of management   Strong organizational skills including the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet frequent deadlines,   Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with strong judgment and decision-making capability.   Highly resourceful and collaborative   team-player , with the ability to also be independently effective and exude initiative and a sense of urgency.   Exemplifies our customer-focused, action-oriented,   results -driven culture.   Forward looking   thinker , who actively   seeks   opportunities,   has   a desire for continuous learning, and proposes solutions.   Dedicated to the firm’s values of non-negotiable integrity, valuing our people, exceeding client expectations, and embracing intellectual curiosity and rigor.
