Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled
Workday Specialist
with 5+ years of experience in designing and developing
Workday integrations and custom applications
. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Workday Studio and Workday Extend
, along with a good understanding of Workday HCM processes.
This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and secure solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop complex
Workday integrations
using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday APIs
Build and deploy custom applications using
Workday Extend
Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and manage
end-to-end integration workflows
(inbound & outbound)
Support and optimize
business process automation
using Workday Orchestrate (if applicable)
Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure smooth data flow across systems
Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT cycles
Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to best practices
Participate in Workday releases, upgrades, and enhancements
Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience with
Workday Studio

Proven experience with
Workday Extend
(must-have)
Solid experience in
Workday Integrations
(Core Connectors, EIB, Web Services)
Good knowledge of
REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT
Understanding of
Workday HCM business processes
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with
Workday Orchestrate
for workflow automation
Familiarity with
Advanced Compensation
processes
Exposure to modules like Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Talent
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
