Design, develop, and optimize reports, dashboards, and data visualization outputs aligned with business needs. Create, configure, and maintain Prism objects. Collaborate with ETL developers and application analysts to identify and integrate source data systems. Propose effective reporting and analytics solutions based on data availability and business requirements. Troubleshoot data, reporting, and Prism-related issues and communicate resolutions clearly. Build prototypes and sample outputs for validation with stakeholders when required. Provide Prism SME support for development activities, production issues, and analytics problem-solving. Support security configuration and access management for Prism and reporting objects in coordination with central security teams. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user guides. Provide post-implementation support and assist with continuous process improvements. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting and analytics deliverables. Your skills and experience Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and transformations in Workday Prism Analytics. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Prism data models and solutions. Experience optimizing Prism pipelines and datasets for performance and reliability. Integrating data from multiple sources into Workday Prism with accuracy and consistency. Experience developing ETL processes to support analytics and reporting. Strong experience with Workday Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Advanced Reporting. Ability to deliver actionable insights and ad hoc analysis to stakeholders. Experience collaborating with HR and IT teams to address analytics and reporting needs. Support and enable users to improve Prism Analytics adoption. Good understanding of data governance and compliance practices. Always stay up to date with Workday Prism features and enhancements. Ability to identify and suggest process and efficiency improvements. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
