in their Workday journey

Following WRI’s global transition to Workday in September 2025, this role will play a critical enabling function—supporting the HCM Lead in the ongoing stabilization, enhancement, and adoption of Workday across all country offices and modules.
The role is designed as a
hands-on operational and functional support position
, ensuring effective system administration, user support, and continuous improvement of Workday HCM processes globally.
You will work closely with the Workday HCM Lead, Global IT, and HR teams across regions to ensure the system is effectively supporting WRI’s people processes and organizational priorities.

Reporting to the
Workday HCM Lead
, you will act as a key support resource in the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday HCM modules.
You will collaborate with the Global IT team and HR stakeholders across

Support system configuration and administration with the focus on the modules of Core HCM,
Compensation, Benefits
and Reports

Deliver day-to-day operational support
Enable consistent and effective use of Workday across the organization
This role focuses on
execution, user support, and operational excellence
, while working under the strategic direction of the HCM Lead.
This role supports users across multiple global time zones; therefore, a degree of
flexibility in working hours
is expected to ensure effective collaboration and
timely
support. There is also an expectation to
maintain
significant overlap with UK working hours
to enable coordination with key stakeholders.

Stay informed on Workday updates and support communication of relevant changes to users

Support review of bi

Participate in testing and validation efforts for production releases, executing software unit test plans,

in creating test scripts and verifying
business User Acceptance Testing.
User Support & Capacity Building

What will you need:
Education:
Educational background in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Workday HCM certification is highly preferred. Relevant work experience in lieu of degree is accepted.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with
Workday HCM configuration
and business process frameworks, especially as it relates to the
HCM Core and compensation
.
Experience managing Workday configuration including business processes, reporting, and data loads
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level
of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
with the a
bility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
Languages: Verbal and written
proficiency
in English.

Potential Salary and Benefits:
INR 14,00,000 to 18,00,000 CTC per annum
Salary shall be commensurate with experience and skills. WRI India offers a generous and comprehensive benefits package.
