team providing ongoing production support, issue resolution, configuration enhancements, and advisory services. You will collaborate closely with client HR and IT teams to ensure their
Workday Compensation and Benefits
processes run seamlessly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide
functional support and maintenance
for Workday
Advanced Compensation
and
Benefits
modules in a production environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve
configuration issues, data discrepancies, and process errors
related to merit, bonus, stock, and benefits enrollment.
Perform
configuration updates
including plan setup, eligibility rules, benefit rates, and event processing as per client requests.
Support
compensation cycle activities
such as annual merit, bonus, and allowance processes.
Manage
open enrollment
, life event changes, and benefits data audits.
Collaborate with
integration teams
to monitor and resolve benefit vendor file errors or compensation feed issues.
Analyze
Workday release updates
and recommend relevant enhancements or regression testing impacts.
Create and maintain
support documentation
, job aids, and configuration guides for client knowledge transfer.
Participate in
client governance calls
, status meetings, and provide proactive recommendations for process improvement.
Adhere to
SLA-based support delivery
, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of tickets and change requests.
Required Skills & Experience
3–8 years of
Workday functional experience
, with strong hands-on configuration in
Advanced Compensation
and
Benefits
.
Experience in
Workday production support
or
managed services
engagements.
Proficiency in configuring
compensation plans, budgets, merit cycles, bonus plans
, and
eligibility rules
.
Strong understanding of
Benefits setup
, including plans, rates, coverage levels, dependent rules, and
Open Enrollment
management.
Familiarity with
Workday Core HCM
,
Business Processes
,
Security
, and
Calculated Fields
.
