Workday Developer1
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and support Workday integrations using
Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Document Transformation (DT)
and custom reports including
Advanced and Matrix reports
.
Build and maintain integrations using
Web Services, REST APIs and OAuth 2.0
authentication.
Work with cross-functional teams to support integrations across
Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting and Workday Learning
.
Collaborate with downstream system teams such as
Mulesoft and Workato
to ensure seamless end-to-end data flow.
Troubleshoot issues and manage day-to-day support activities through
ServiceNow
or similar ticketing systems.
Participate in enhancement projects, testing cycles and production deployments.
Ensure all integrations follow Workday standards, security policies and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong, hands-on experience in
Workday Studio, CC, EIB, DT and Report Writing
.
Solid understanding of
Workday Web Services, REST APIs and authentication frameworks
.
Functional exposure to
Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting and Learning
.
Experience working with
integration middleware platforms
like Mulesoft and Workato.
Proficiency in handling support incidents, root-cause analysis and documentation using
ServiceNow
.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Workday Integration Certification (Studio, CC, or related). -- Good to have
Experience in full-cycle Workday implementation projects.
Knowledge of broader HCM processes and security.
