Workday Developer (2+ Years of Experience)
Job Summary:
Seeking a Workday Developer to enhance and support our Workday environment with expertise in configuration, integrations, and reporting to streamline HR and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials) to meet business needs.
Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
Create and optimize Workday reports and dashboards.
Collaborate on requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Test, troubleshoot, and document configurations and integrations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
2+ years of Workday development experience (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs).
Strong understanding of HR and finance processes.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Agile, version control (Git), and excellent analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD tools, version control (e.g., Git), and JavaScript/Java/Python.
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
