Master’s degree in related areas is an advantage                       •  Have at least 3+ years of experience in IT Industry •    Experience of working on enterprise applications or cloud applications such as PeopleSoft, Oracle eBusiness Suite, SAP, SuccessFactor, Oracle Cloud, or Workday •     Exposure to domains – HCM, Payroll (mandatory) •    Technical expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, MS SQL, or Oracle PL/SQL or functional expertise in setup and configuration of above mentioned application based on client specifications •    Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneous or experience of working for large enterprise clients •    Exposure to North America and EMEA region would be helpful •    Strong communication skills At Strada, our values guide everything we do: Anticipate Customer Needs – We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.
