Job responsibilities.
1. IIS Administration:
Manage and configure Internet Information Services (IIS) for web application hosting.
Monitor and troubleshoot IIS performance issues.
Ensure security best practices for IIS servers.
2. Server Administration:
Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers.
Perform routine server performance tuning and maintenance.
Implement and manage server backup and recovery solutions.
3. Networking and Security:
Maintain knowledge of TCP/IP, security protocols, and networking principles.
Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
Conduct periodic security audits and penetration tests.
Qualifications:
Min. Bachelor’s /master’s degree in technology

Required skills:
Proficiency in IIS configuration and management.
Strong knowledge of Windows server administration.
Hands-on experience with database management (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).

Proven experience in IIS administration and server management (Windows).
Strong understanding of database administration principles.
Expertise in patch management for Windows environments.
Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
