Job Summary:
The Webmaster / Web Operations Manager owns the day-to-day execution, quality, and performance of iBase-t’s website and digital properties. This role ensures fast, reliable web execution in support of campaigns, ABM programs, and product launches while maintaining strong UX, branding, and technical hygiene.
This is a hands-on role requiring both CMS execution and front-end technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Own daily website updates, page builds, and content publishing
Implement landing pages and components for Demand Gen, ABM, and product launches
Manage WordPress CMS administration and page layout/design
Apply HTML and CSS for layout, styling, and minor enhancements
Manage technical SEO/GEO basics, tagging, and site performance hygiene
Ensure consistent branding, UX, and quality across web properties
Collaborate with Digital, Content, and Creative teams on layout and design needs
Maintain structured workflows for web requests, updates, and QA
Support regional and event-specific digital execution
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in website or web operations roles
Strong hands-on experience with WordPress
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Experience supporting marketing-driven websites
Familiarity with HubSpot
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting B2B SaaS or enterprise websites
Basic understanding of technical SEO/GEO and analytics
Experience working in global, fast-paced marketing environments
