About the Role:
As a part of the Web Development Team at WinZO, you will be the gatekeeper to our website as we are a real-money gaming platform and our website is our entry gate for users to download and interact with the WinZO App. You should be a creative problem solver who will work across teams to design, develop, and maintain our next generation websites. You will be working in a fast-paced environment which will require you to take initiatives and ownership of work.
What you will do:
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product
managers to translate game requirements into functional web applications.
● Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high performance and
responsiveness.
● Implement and maintain security best practices to protect user data and ensure compliance with
industry standards.
● Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications to identify and resolve any issues or
performance bottlenecks.
● Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards and best
practices.
● Complete ownership of a feature to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured,
and is compatible with browsers, devices (Mobile)
What you should have:
● Proficiency in fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS), and JavaScript/Typescript (Also
comfortable with the JS library:React, NextJs
● Ensuring the developing application(website) has met the security standards: Frontend and Backend
● Testing: Experience with unit testing and tools
● Excellent communication skills, good visual design sense, in -depth experience in developing web-based
applications
● Passion for performance debugging and benchmarking
● A deep expertise in Javascript
● Working with API (REST)
● Attention to details and Creative vision
● Good organizational and problem-solving skills
