Quality Checker – Warehouse

Key Responsibilities
Conduct Quality Audits
: Perform regular inspections to verify compliance with defined quality benchmarks and regulatory standards.
Product Expertise
: Develop a strong understanding of the specifications and attributes of skincare, cosmetics, and FMCG items to execute precise quality assessments.
Ensure Hygiene Protocols:
Monitor and enforce adherence to cleanliness and safety guidelines across storage and handling processes.
Inbound Quality Verification:
Inspect incoming shipments to confirm that products are received in optimal condition and meet quality expectations.
Issue Reporting and Resolution:
Identify quality deviations or defects and document findings. Collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
Team Collaboration:
Partner with warehouse personnel to streamline quality assurance workflows and reinforce adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Role Requirements
Experience:
1–2 years in a quality assurance or inspection role, preferably in warehouse operations.
Technical Acumen:
Familiarity with quality standards and parameters for skincare, cosmetics, and FMCG products.
Communication Skills
: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to report findings and coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively.
Attention to Detail:
Demonstrated ability to spot inconsistencies and maintain organizational precision.
Problem-Solving:
Proactive in identifying issues and implementing practical solutions.
Software Proficiency:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data tracking tools for quality management.
Work Commitment:
Ability to commute daily to the warehouse and adapt to operational demands.
