About the Role: We are looking for a highly driven and user-focused Research Lead to build deep customer understanding for Paytm Money. The role involves leading end-to-end research initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and translating user behavior into actionable business and product insights.   Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end research initiatives from stakeholder requirement gathering to execution and presentation of actionable insights.  Design structured research frameworks, surveys, discussion guides, and user insight mechanisms.  Manage and mentor research executives to ensure high-quality project delivery.  Collaborate with leadership, business, product teams, and external vendors for customer-centric decision making.  Build detailed user personas across investor and trader cohorts such as scalpers, swing traders, and long-term investors.  Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base on investor and trader behavior patterns.  Translate research findings into recommendations across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation journeys.  Work closely with product and growth teams to influence roadmap prioritization using user insights.  Expectations/ Requirements:  Minimum 4-5 years into Research and Analysis, with exposure to Stock Broking Industry. Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.  Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.  Experience in persona creation, journey mapping, and behavioral segmentation. Ability to convert user behavior into actionable business insights.  High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities.  Prior exposure to fintech, wealth-tech, or consumer internet businesses is preferred.  Proficiency in Excel, research tools, and presentation frameworks is preferred .
