Role Overview Position: Junior Visual Designer Experience: 2–3 Years Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru Key Responsibilities Motion Design & Interaction: Create engaging vector-based motion graphics and micro-interactions for the Niyo app and website. UI Illustrations: Craft clean, modern UI illustrations and visual elements that align with Niyo's brand identity and elevate the overall user experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product designers, marketing teams, and content creators to turn briefs into pixel-perfect static and motion assets. AI Exploration: Actively integrate AI-driven design workflows to optimise production and experiment with new visual formats. Requirements & Technical Skills Portfolio: A strong portfolio is mandatory. It must clearly showcase high-quality motion design skills and UI illustrations . Motion Software: Proficiency in advanced vector motion tools like Rive (for web/app runtimes) or After Effects Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Illustrator for developing vector assets. Familiarity with Figma is considered an advantage. 3D Capability: Working knowledge of any 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) for creating static or motion 3D elements is highly appreciated and will be a major plus. AI Literacy: Practical knowledge of AI design tools and a strong willingness to explore emerging AI technologies. Eligibility Criteria Design Taste & Aesthetic: A strong, refined sense of visual taste, layout, typography, colour theory, and composition. Methodology & Process: A structured approach to design. You should be able to walk us through your design thinking process from conceptualising sketches to delivering final motion assets. Why Join Niyo?
