At Aubergine, we’re looking for Visual Designers who care deeply about craft, consistency, and systems. Designers who can bring a brand to life across screens, motion, and storytelling, not just static UI. You will play a key role in
delivering world-class design experiences

What you’ll do
In a gist, design polished, production-ready visuals with a strong grasp of systems and hierarchy, while extending that craft into motion, illustration, and broader visual storytelling.
Craft thoughtful visual experiences across products, marketing, and proposals with a strong eye for detail and polish
Bring ideas to life through typography, layout, motion, and imagery, not just screens
Interpret and evolve brand identities across touchpoints in ways that feel cohesive and expressive
Apply strong visual design principles to create intuitive, accessible experiences and delight users with beautiful interactions
Communicate the “why” behind design decisions and advocate for visual quality within teams
Contribute to and evolve design systems, visual languages, and stylescapes
Stay curious and continuously explore new tools, techniques, and forms of visual expression
What we look for
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in visual design for digital products, brands, or agencies.
Portfolio:
A strong Visual Design portfolio showcasing hands-on design expertise.
Experienced designer with a strong passion for innovation and storytelling.
Ability to work independently on tasks while collaborating effectively with remote teams globally.
Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving project environments.
Clear communication and openness to feedback.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor’s degree
in Graphic / Visual Communication Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
A
strong portfolio
showcasing UI design, branding, and visual storytelling.
Motion design or micro-interaction skills.
Illustration experience
Experience creating and contributing to design systems.
Good grasp of common design/UI patterns and interaction conventions.
Ability to interpret brand guidelines and extend them across media.
Demonstrate proficiency in using
AI tools
to support ideation, exploration, and execution across the design process
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard design tools
.
Excellent English communication skills
, both written and spoken.
