We're scaling fast, and with that comes a lot of exciting design work across performance, social, brand, content, and influencer channels. We need someone experienced enough to pick up complex multi-channel briefs and execute them well with minimal back-and-forth. You'll work closely with the founder in a small, high-intent team where your work has direct visibility and real impact.

👩🏻💻 What you will do at work
Execute high-converting ad creatives for performance marketing across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
Produce creatives for social media, influencer campaigns, & content teams across platforms
Design thumbnails and visual assets for YouTube, courses, and campaigns
Support on landing page and marketing collateral design when needed
Maintain visual consistency and brand quality across all channels and touchpoints
Actively use AI design tools to work faster and produce better output
Handle a high volume of concurrent requests accurately with minimal oversight
🎖️ You're a good fit for the role if you're
Have 2–3+ years of experience as a Visual Communication Designer in a marketing-focused role
Have a portfolio or work samples that show the range of work you've done — performance ads, brand, and social
Are deeply proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, fast & fluid across all
Already use AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) as part of your workflow
Can independently manage multiple projects and deadlines without needing to be followed up with
Understand that great design here means it performs — not just looks good
