Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Soft Skills Faculty member for our Hospitality & Hotel Management (WISE) Programme. The role focuses on preparing students for internships, placements,Management Trainee Programmes, and customer-facing hospitality careers through structured training in communication, grooming, professional etiquette, and workplace behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery
Conduct sessions on English Communication, Professional Etiquette, Grooming, Interview Skills, Customer Service Communication, and Leadership Skills.
Use role plays, mock interviews, case studies, simulations, and hospitality scenarios for practicallearning.
Prepare students for internships, placements, Management Trainee Programmes, and workplace readiness.
Curriculum & Assessment
Design structured learning plans aligned with hospitality industry standards.
Develop assignments, activities, assessments, and practical exercises.
Evaluate student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
Student Mentoring
Guide students on resume writing, interview preparation, professional email writing, andpersonal branding.
Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and presentation practice sessions.
Mentor students to improve confidence, communication, grooming, and professional conduct.
Industry Alignment
Stay updated with hospitality trends, service standards, and employer expectations.
Work closely with academic and placement teams to ensure students are industry-ready.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Master’s degree in English, Communication, Hospitality, Education, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in soft skills, communication, or hospitality training.
Prior experience in hospitality, hotels, aviation, luxury retail, or customer service preferred.
Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom management abilities.
Ability to mentor, motivate, and engage students effectively.
Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital learning platforms.
