Job Description: VisionPLUS QA (CMS/FAS/TRAMS/ITS/LTS/ASM) – Senior Test Lead / QA Manager.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA expert to join our growing team as a Senior Test Lead/ QA Manager.
Qualifications:
Experience should have 8+ years on QA practice.
Hold good understanding of Vision Plus application, Mainframe, TSO, Scheme Simulators, Agile and DevOps.
Understand the Functional Design and Business Requirements and develop and execute custom application Test plan and Scripts.
Design Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Automation Framework, Test Scrip Design using automation tools (TOSCA, Selenium).
Must be well versed with Mainframe technologies such as Endeavour, Change man and batch scheduling activities.
Understands VisionPLUS modules such as CMS, FAS, TRAMS, ITS, LTS, ASM etc.
Understanding on the SDLC.
Understanding on the Agile methodologies.
Evaluate automation design, test scripting and test improvement as required to complex modules/functionalities.
Follow standards and controls to ensure quality of outcome.
Develop functional test documents for the application.
Perform Incident analysis as necessary for production issues.
Should be flexible, ability of Sharing, Initiative, and maintaining congenial work environment.
Able to mentor a group of Junior resources to deliver quality code.
Identify and work on system performance improvements.
Able to participate and drive the Crisis Calls with Business / IT stakeholders.
Work closely with Global Tech Partners and SA for Functional Scope Review and Discussions.
Exposure to PEGA Smart Dispute application is nice to have.
Communication with customer and producing the Daily status report.
Should have good oral and written communication.
Ready to lead a team.
Should be proactive and adaptive.
Should be flexible to work in shifts.
Responsibilities:
Design Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Automation Framework, Test Scrip Design using automation tools (TOSCA, Selenium), Test, Debug and Record COBOL programs in CICS/VASM/JCL environment
Should hold strong skills of managing the project in test management tools like ALM QC.
Experience of working in DevOps environment and on agile projects would be added advantage. Should know the work flow in JIRA/Confluence.
Should have good knowledge of Test Automation and usage of CI:CD Pipeline for test deployment.
Should hold strong functional knowledge to define the test scope both functionally and impact assess the regression scope for end-to-end cards journey including the back-end/front-end and Digital APIs.
Ability to Lead and manage sizeable Team of functional analysts, test leads for Card Markets.
Strong Functional knowledge of Debit and Credit Cards for VisionPLUS and HPS Powercard platform.
Proven track record of work experience in Cards migration, new product launch and regulatory compliance projects for retail and commercial cards.
Strong techno functional knowledge of Clearing and Authorization simulators for Schemes like Visa and Mastercard.
Should possess an ability to establish and manage the test governance process and able to manage the quality delivery for our businesses with minimum to zero leakage of issues into production and no customer outages.
Exposure to PEGA Smart Dispute application is nice to have.
