Key Responsibilities:
Visa Processing & Documentation
Handle end-to-end visa application procedures for multiple countries.
Verify and scrutinize documents as per embassy/consulate guidelines.
Ensure timely submission of visa applications and adherence to deadlines.
Coordination & Liaison
Coordinate with clients, travel consultants, and corporate teams to collect required documentation.
Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers for updates and clarifications.
Track application status and provide timely updates to clients.
Compliance & Accuracy
Ensure compliance with immigration policies, rules, and regulations.
Maintain high accuracy levels to avoid rejections or delays.
Keep updated with changes in visa rules, documentation requirements, and processing times.
Customer Service
Guide clients through visa requirements and processes.
Handle escalations and queries in a professional and timely manner.
Provide advisory support on travel documents, insurance, and related services.
Reporting & Record-Keeping
Maintain records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections.
Generate regular reports for management on visa processing status.
Ensure confidentiality and security of client information.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of visa documentation and procedures for major destinations (US, UK, Schengen, Middle East, Asia-Pacific, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
