About the Role
We’re looking for someone who gets fashion. Someone who understands how accessories moves, how light hits skin, and how mood carries a story. This role needs both sides of the brain the one that can set up a clean frame and the one that knows when to break it. You’ll be shooting and editing everything from campaigns to reels to behind-the-scenes, all with one goal: make it feel real, intentional, and stylish.
What You’ll Do
Plan and shoot videos for campaigns, lookbooks, social media, product pages, and events
Work closely with the creative team to bring ideas to life
Handle lighting, sound, and camera work solo or with a small crew
Edit videos for different formats, Instagram, YouTube, ads, stories
Add basic motion graphics, music, text overlays where needed
Keep the look consistent with the brand but still fresh each time
Manage footage, backups, and export files in the right formats
Stay updated with what’s trending in fashion and content
What We’re Looking For
3 to 6 years of experience in videography and editing, ideally in fashion or lifestyle
A strong portfolio that shows range, taste, and attention to detail
Good with Sony, Canon, or Blackmagic cameras
Good with AI text to Video editing tools
Comfortable with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci whatever you use, you should know it well
Understanding of natural light and studio setups
A good sense of music, rhythm, and pacing
Someone who cares about the little things like the sound of a step and the the pause in a sentence
