Job Overview:
You are the "eyes" of the brand, responsible for capturing the beauty and quality of our products through world-class cinematography. You will manage the entire production lifecycle and hold full ownership of our in-house studio, ensuring a premium output for social media and advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:
Own the content calendar for shoots. Prepare detailed shot lists and storyboards to ensure efficient, high-volume execution.
On-Site Filming:
Lead all brand shoots, capturing high-quality video for IG Reels, YT Shorts, and long-form content with a focus on visual "hooks."
Studio & Equipment Ownership:
Responsible for the complete maintenance of the photo studio. Manage equipment inventory, ensure gear is handled safely, and maintain an organized, "ready-to-shoot" environment.
Technical Mastery:
Expert setup of 3-point lighting, gimbals, and microphone configurations for clean, professional audio and visuals.
Aesthetic & Food Styling:
Direct the "Salad Days" aesthetic—clean, vibrant, and appetizing—performing basic food styling to ensure maximum appetite appeal.
Collaboration:
Partner with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and ensure raw footage is organized and technically optimized for the Video Editor.
Requirements:
Experience:
2+ years of professional experience in videography and content creation.
Technical Skills:
Expert knowledge of filming techniques, studio lighting setups, and audio capture.
Studio Management:
Proven ability to manage a studio space and maintain expensive cinema/photography equipment.
Soft Skills:
Strong storytelling skills, a deep understanding of visual branding, and proactive organizational habits.
Logistics:
Must be able to work on-site in Gurugram (Udyog Vihar) and handle physical setup/teardown of sets.
