About this role

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer and Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and the technical expertise to produce high-quality video content from concept to completion. This role involves both filming and post-production, requiring a blend of technical skills, creativity, and collaboration. Responsibilities: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for a variety of projects, including promotional videos, social media content, events, interviews, and more. Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and shot lists that align with project goals. Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio gear, and drones (if applicable). Capture high-quality footage with attention to composition, lighting, and audio. Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Add motion graphics, sound effects, music, and color grading to enhance video quality. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives. Manage and organize video files, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of work. Meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience as a videographer and editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus. Strong understanding of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording. Experience with color grading and sound design. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics. Pedigree: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required). Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in videography and video editing. Experience working in an agency is a plus. Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements (e.g., Instagram, YouTube etc).
