Job Title / Designation:
Video Editor & Graphic Designer
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can produce high-quality visual content for digital platforms. The role involves a balanced mix of graphic designing (40%) and video editing (60%), with a strong focus on social media and paid advertising creative.
Key Responsibilities:
Design visually compelling static and motion creative for digital platforms
Edit short-form and long-form videos optimized for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid campaigns
Create high-performance creative for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
Adapt content formats for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency
Collaborate closely with marketing and performance teams to meet campaign objectives
Think creatively and work efficiently under tight timelines, with the ability to make quick design decisions
Use AI tools where appropriate to improve productivity, creativity, and turnaround time
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Software & Tools Required:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Premiere Pro
Familiarity with AI-based design and video tools is a strong plus
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of visual design, typography, color theory, and composition
Excellent video editing sense, including pacing, transitions, and storytelling
Ability to think on your feet and solve creative challenges quickly
Clear understanding of what works on social media and performance ads
Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills
Ability to take feedback positively and iterate fast
Minimum Requirement:
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, Any bachelor’s Degree
