Role Overview
We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and futuristic Video Editor to join our high-energy Creative Studio.
You’ll play a key role in crafting impactful video content for
D2C brands
, including high-performing social media creatives and ad videos that drive measurable results.
Your work will directly shape how brands and customers experience visual storytelling — through engaging edits, performance-focused narratives, and AI-powered creative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Edit & Produce:
Create high-converting social media videos and performance ad creatives for D2C brands.
Edit corporate event videos, brand promos, and internal communication clips with compelling storytelling.
Social Media & Ad Videos (Core Focus):
Produce platform-optimized videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
Create scroll-stopping hooks, short-form videos (Reels/Shorts formats), and conversion-driven creatives.
Repurpose content into multiple ad variations for testing and performance scaling.
Podcast & AI Content:
Edit podcast-style videos using dynamic visuals, clean transitions, and optimized sound design.
Conceptual Storytelling:
Ideate and execute story-based ad videos that communicate brand value and product benefits clearly.
Visual Consistency:
Apply seamless color grading, typography, and modern design aesthetics across all projects.
Sound Mastery:
Enhance videos with impactful sound design, SFX, background scores, and AI-generated voiceovers.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with performance marketing, content, and design teams to iterate creatives based on campaign insights.
AI Integration (Mandatory):
Actively integrate AI tools into your editing workflow for speed, experimentation, and scale.
Hands-on experience with tools such as
Veo3, Seedance, Kling, Sora2, ElevenLabs
, or similar AI-based video and voice generation tools is required.
Leverage GenAI tools for video generation, enhancement, scripting, and sound optimization.

Stay ahead of video, ad creative, and AI trends to ensure every output feels premium, bold, and future-ready.
Requirements
2-4 years
of professional experience as a Video Editor (preferably in D2C brands, digital-first environments, or performance marketing setups).
Strong experience in editing
social media videos and paid ad creatives
.
Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator (DaVinci Resolve and CapCut is a bonus).
Proven experience creating product demos, explainer videos, or ad creatives.
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, retention editing, transitions, and rhythm.
Hands-on experience integrating AI tools in the video production workflow (mandatory).
Excellent attention to detail, with an eye for brand consistency and modern aesthetics.
Self-driven, organized, and adaptable to fast-paced creative timelines.
Good to Have
Experience working in a
creative or performance marketing agency (major plus)
.
Experience with AI-based video generation tools.
Knowledge of motion graphics and product UI animation.
Prior experience handling multiple D2C brands.
