We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to craft high impact
short-form videos
for our brand. In this role, you’ll bring stories to life through sharp edits and compelling visuals that captures attention and drives action across digital platforms. A strong understanding of
performance marketing, especially Meta ads,
is a big plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit short-form promotional content including
Reels, Shorts, and ad creatives
Create high-performing video ads for platforms like
Facebook and Instagram (Meta)
Shape clear, engaging narratives within tight timeframes
Integrate b-rolls, licensed/royalty-free music, and sound effects to enhance emotional impact
Ensure strong pacing, rhythm, and visual flow optimised for scroll-based consumption
Add text overlays, subtitles, and transitions aligned with platform trends and brand tone
Collaborate closely with scriptwriters, designers, and motion graphics teams
Manage project files, versions, and deliverables efficiently
Requirements:
1–3 years
of experience editing digital video content (short-form and promo content preferred)
A strong portfolio showcasing
ad edits, promos, or performance-focused storytelling
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Good understanding of audio mixing, music timing, and sound layering
Familiarity with Meta ad formats, creative best practices, and guidelines
Sharp eye for detail and ability to work within tight timelines
Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
Proficiency in
English and Hindi
Good to Have:
Experience editing vertical, mobile-first content
Exposure to performance marketing metrics and creative optimisation
Familiarity with subtitle styling and syncing tools
