Job Overview:
We are seeking a
creative and detail-oriented Video Editor
to join our content team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling and a knack for crafting engaging
short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
that captivate our target audience. This is a full-time,
work-from-office
role based in
Hyderabad
.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit engaging and dynamic short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Collaborate with the content, design, and social media teams to conceptualise and execute video projects.
Enhance raw footage using transitions, colour grading, motion graphics, music, and sound effects.
Optimise videos for each platform’s format and algorithm preferences.
Stay updated with trending audio, formats, and visual styles in the Ed-tech and digital content space.
Maintain organised file structures and ensure all projects are backed up and archived properly.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content in line with brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film Production, Communication, or related field is preferred.
0 to 4 years of experience in video editing or digital content creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing Reels, Shorts, or social media video work.
A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and an understanding of digital video trends.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
