VFX Lighting & Lookdev Artist

Key Responsibilities Create high-quality lighting setups that match live-action plates and CG elements. Develop and refine look development (Lookdev) for assets, characters, and environments. Work closely with Modeling, Texturing, FX, and Compositing teams to ensure visual consistency. Match on-set lighting references and HDRI data. Optimize scenes for render efficiency while maintaining quality. Ensure shots meet creative direction and VFX Supervisor expectations. Perform AOV setup and basic compositing adjustments for final output. Maintain naming conventions and adhere to studio pipeline standards. Troubleshoot render issues and technical challenges.
