ROLE OVERVIEW As a Vendor Onboarding Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new vendors while ensuring smooth coordination, compliance, and relationship management throughout the process. This role requires strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain organized documentation and vendor records. You will work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, vendor audits, compliance checks, and issue resolution while maintaining long-term vendor relationships. WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? Identify and reach out to potential vendors as per business requirements. Coordinate with vendors for onboarding, documentation, approvals, and compliance formalities. Conduct vendor audits and ensure all compliance and KYC requirements are completed properly. Maintain organized vendor records, folders, agreements, compliance documents, and onboarding trackers. Follow up regularly with vendors to ensure timely completion of onboarding processes and operational requirements. Resolve vendor queries and issues faced while working with us by coordinating with internal stakeholders. Track sampling updates and maintain proper status records and communication logs. Ensure proper documentation management with structured file organization and version control. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth vendor operations and relationship management. Help improve onboarding processes, documentation systems, and vendor coordination workflows for better efficiency. WHO YOU ARE 0–1 year of experience in operations, coordination, vendor management, documentation, or related roles. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented in handling documentation and records. Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders and vendors simultaneously. Process-driven with good ownership and execution capabilities. Able to resolve issues proactively and maintain professional vendor relationships. QUALIFICATIONS Graduate in any stream. Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining trackers and documentation. Comfortable using Google Drive and maintaining structured folders and records. Basic understanding of vendor onboarding, compliance, or documentation processes is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
