About the role:
We are looking for a User Experience Designer for our growing team at IRIS Data Solutions with hands-on experience designing B2B and B2C platforms, especially products supporting MSMEs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role involves designing clear workflows, simple interfaces, and scalable design systems while working closely with product and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design user flows, interfaces, and interaction patterns for web and mobile products
Translate business requirements into simple, usable experiences
Create high‑fidelity designs and prototypes using Figma
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers
Apply user‑centered design and design thinking methods
Improve designs based on usability testing and feedback
Ensure designs meet accessibility and design system standards
Required Skills & Experience
1 - 2 years of proven UX design experience
Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication
Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end UX work
Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
Experience creating and maintaining design systems
Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
Experience with B2B and B2C platforms, preferably for Indian users
Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices
Experience with prototyping and micro‑interactions
Good to Have
Exposure to AI enabled user experiences or Generative AI
Strong visual aesthetic and ability to create clear, compelling proof‑of‑concept (POC) decks
Experience using AI tools to support design work, system creation, and exploration of ideas
Comfort experimenting with AI‑assisted workflows to improve speed, quality, or consistency in design
