Position Summary Level: Solution Advisor As an experienced Solution Advisor at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements. Work you’ll do: • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and document business and functional requirements related to IAM and SailPoint IIQ/ Identity Security Cloud. • Configuring and customizing SailPoint components, including workflows, rules, policies, and connectors, to meet specific business requirements. • Integrating SailPoint with various enterprise systems, such as Active Directory, databases, cloud applications, and HR systems. • Onboarding new applications into SailPoint, including configuring connectors and defining SOD policies. • Implementing and managing role-based access control (RBAC), access requests, and certification campaigns. • Identifying and resolving issues related to SailPoint configurations, integrations, and workflows. • Ensuring that the SailPoint IIQ/ Identity Security Cloud implementation adheres to security policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals. The Team: Digital Trust & Privacy—Cyber Identity practice helps organizations in designing, developing, and implementing industry-leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to protect their information and confidential data, as well as help them build their businesses and supporting technologies to be more secure, vigilant, and resilient. The Cyber Identity team delivers services to clients through following key areas of IAM: • IAM Strategy and Road Map • Enterprise Application Onboarding • User Lifecycle Management • Compliance Management • Password Management • Automated Provisioning • Roles Based Access Control (RBAC) • ITSM tools Integration • Advanced Authentication Methods • Privileged Access Management The Cyber Identity team aims to provides thought leadership to organizations to help them create a seamless user experience for business users while protecting enterprise assets and applications and enabling efficient and optimized use of technology in the IAM domain. Qualifications: Must have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications: • Total experience of 3 to 5 years, with at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Saviynt solutions in enterprise environments. • Basic understanding of identity lifecycle management, access control, and compliance as applied through Saviynt. • Experience assisting with configuration, onboarding applications, workflow creation, and troubleshooting in Saviynt. • Familiarity with fundamental IT concepts such as databases (SQL/RDBMS), directory services, and scripting (Java, PowerShell, or similar). • Able to document processes and coordinate with team members and stakeholders for project tasks. • Effective verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. • Completion of, or willingness to pursue, entry-level certifications related to IAM or Saviynt. Good to have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications: • Exposure to additional IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk) or integration projects. • Experience supporting deployments in cloud or hybrid environments. • Participation in internal or external training, workshops, or Saviynt-focused forums. • Additional entry-level or foundational certifications in IAM or cybersecurity (such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Identity and Access Manager—Associate level, etc.). Education: • BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university Location: • Bengaluru/ Hyderabad/ Pune/ Chennai
