Level: OneStream Consultant
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for:
Lead or support OneStream implementations, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and application support
Translate business requirements into OneStream solutions across financial close, consolidation, and financial planning and analysis processes
Build and configure metadata, business rules, forms, cube views, workflows, reconciliations, and reports within the OneStream platform
Collaborate with clients and Deloitte team members to provide technical and functional support throughout the project lifecycle
Manage day-to-day project deliverables, reporting, issue resolution, and support for junior team members, as needed

Qualifications
Required:
CA, BE, BTech, MCA, MSc (Computer Science), or equivalent degree from an accredited university
4-6 years of enterprise performance management implementation experience, including 1-2 years implementing OneStream solutions
Experience building OneStream metadata, business rules, forms, cube views, workflows, data reconciliations, custom rules, and reports
Experience with finance processes including financial close, consolidation, and financial planning and analysis
Experience programming in
VB.Net
and/or Python
Experience working with relational database management systems, including SQL Server
Experience with cloud-based software-as-a-service and platform-as-a-service environments
Preferred:
Experience supporting end-to-end OneStream implementations across the project lifecycle
Experience building application models for planning processes, including sales forecasting, financial planning, and workforce planning
Experience developing business rules for consolidations, intercompany eliminations, cash flow automation, translations, and currency overrides
Experience preparing design documents, test plans, training materials, and administration guides
Experience with OneStream MarketPlace solutions, including People Planning and Capex Planning
