Finance Transformation
Join our Finance Transformation practice to help Deloitte client service teams define and execute Finance and Global Business Services agendas and strategies. You will work with world-class teams and insights, helping support delivery in challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to help unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we collaborate with teams to enable transforming finance.
Level: OneStream Analyst
As an experienced Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines.
Work you'll do
As an Analyst, Functional Transformation on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for:
• Support the implementation and configuration of OneStream solutions, including metadata, forms, cube views, workflows, and reports
• Assist in translating business requirements for close, consolidation, and financial planning and analysis into system solutions
• Participate in solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities for OneStream applications
• Prepare and maintain project deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials, and administration guides
• Collaborate with team leads and project teams to deliver quality work products within established timelines

Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent degree
• 1-4 years of experience implementing OneStream solutions
• Experience building metadata, business rules, forms, cube views, workflows, data reconciliation processes, custom rules, and reports in OneStream
• Experience with finance business processes, including close, consolidation, and financial planning and analysis
• Experience programming in
VB.NET
or Python
• Experience with relational database management systems, including SQL Server
• Experience with cloud-based software as a service and platform as a service platforms
Preferred:
• Experience with end-to-end OneStream implementations
• Experience building application models for sales forecasting, financial planning, or workforce planning
• Experience creating advanced business rules for custom consolidations, intercompany eliminations, cash flow automation, custom translations, or currency overrides
• Experience preparing design documents, test documentation, training materials, and administration guides
• Experience with OneStream Marketplace solutions, including People Planning and Capex Planning
