We are looking for a User Research Associate who will act as the voice of our users within the product team.
This is not a traditional calling or support role. Your primary responsibility is to understand users deeply and translate their feedback into meaningful product insights which will directly impact 10cr + users.
Direct user interactions across calls, feedback, and surveys will be a key source of insight in this role, helping translate user behaviour and sentiment into product decisions.
What You Will Own :
User Understanding & Research
Conduct user conversations to uncover real pain points, motivations, and behaviour patterns
Go beyond surface-level feedback — identify why users behave the way they do
Run surveys/forms to validate hypotheses
Insight Generation (Core Expectation)
Convert raw conversations into structured insights
Identify patterns across large sets of users
Clearly communicate:
What users want
What is broken
What should be built next
Product & Growth Collaboration
Work closely with Product & Growth teams
Your insights will directly influence:
Feature decisions
Retention improvements
User experience changes
Who You Are :
Fluent in Hindi (mandatory) + comfortable in English
Strong communication skills — you can hold meaningful, unscripted conversations
Curious by nature, you keep asking “why” until you reach the root problem
Have basic understanding of product thinking / consumer apps / user behaviour
Comfortable with high-volume user interactions
Structured thinker, can convert conversations into clear insights
Important Note :
This role involves significant user interaction as a means to generate insights.
If you are looking for a purely desk-based or strategy-only role without speaking to users, this role may not be the right fit.
