🏡 About the Role
Join our lending team as a
Live Underwriter
. You’ll evaluate loan applications, assess borrower creditworthiness, and ensure compliance with lending regulations.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Review loan applications & financial docs
Analyze credit, income, tax returns & DTI ratios
Prepare underwriting summaries & recommend structures
Communicate decisions clearly to stakeholders
Reconcile accounts & prepare daily aging reports
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
1–3 years underwriting experience (manufactured housing preferred)
Excellent communication & analytical skills
Typing speed: 25 WPM with 80% accuracy
