Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and driving
end-to-end engineering change management activities
in the powertrain domain, including:
Initiating engineering changes in
PDM systems
in coordination with project managers
Managing preparatory activities such as agenda planning, invitations, formal checks, and identifying critical issues
Facilitating and moderating
change management committee discussions
Documenting meeting resolutions and circulating minutes
Generating reports and maintaining change-related documentation
Supporting decision-making, cost assessment, and engineering change bundling
Driving issue resolution and tracking progress based on status indicators
Candidate Requirements
6–9 years of relevant experience
in change management or engineering coordination
Experience in
engineering change management
Familiarity with
PDM systems
and documentation processes
Strong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent English communication skills
(written and verbal)
