<h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2>
<p>We are looking for a skilled UiPath Developer to design, develop, and deploy robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. You will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to automate complex business processes and drive operational efficiency.</p>
<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio.</li>
<li>Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.</li>
<li>Build and maintain reusable components and automation frameworks.</li>
<li>Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and third-party APIs.</li>
<li>Monitor and maintain bots in UiPath Orchestrator, ensuring high availability and performance.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.</li>
<li>Document technical designs, test cases, and deployment guides.</li>
<li>Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>5–7 years of hands-on experience in RPA development using UiPath.</li>
<li>Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and UiPath Assistant.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of UiPath frameworks — REFramework and Dispatcher/Performer model.</li>
<li>Experience with VB.NET or C# for custom scripting within UiPath.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with selectors, UI automation, and attended/unattended bots.</li>
<li>Familiarity with REST/SOAP API integration within UiPath workflows.</li>
<li>Experience with version control tools such as Git.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.</li>
<li><strong>UiPath Certified Professional (UiARD or UiASD) certification is Mandatory</strong>.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Good to Have</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Experience with AI/ML capabilities in UiPath (Document Understanding, AI Center).</li>
<li>Knowledge of process mining tools such as UiPath Process Mining.</li>
<li>Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).</li>
<li>Experience with databases and SQL querying.</li>
