built, deployed, and supported real automation solutions in live environments

Key Responsibilities -

Automation Development (Hands-On)
Design, develop, test, and deploy
end-to-end UiPath automation solutions
for production
environments
Work with
UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots
in real-world use
cases
Handle
exception management, logging, retries, and performance
optimization
Integrate UiPath with
APIs, databases, Excel, SAP, web applications, and legacy
systems
Follow and enforce
REFramework
, coding standards, and best
practices
Support automations post-deployment and troubleshoot production
issues
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and IT
teams
Translate and communicate business requirements into scalable automation
solutions
Provide realistic effort estimates and technical guidance during project
planning
Technical Mentoring
& Knowledge Sharing
Review code, provide feedback, and guide junior developers toward better design and performance
Help define automation standards, reusable components,
UiPath features, frameworks, enterprise automation concepts
and best practice
Mentor junior developers and support onboarding of new developers through
pair programming, design reviews, and architecture
discussions
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
3+ years of overall experience
with
2
+ years of hands-on UiPath development
Proven experience delivering
production-grade automations
in live
projects
Strong understanding of:
UiPath
REFramework
Orchestrator (queues, assets, triggers, logs)
Exception handling and debugging
Solid knowledge of
.NET / VB.NET / C# concepts
Experience mentoring developers or leading knowledge sharing
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to different skill
levels
Nice-to-Have
UiPath Advanced / Solution Architect certification
Experience with
enterprise RPA
environments
Exposure to
AI
Center
, Document Understanding, or attended/unattended
bots
