About the Job
we're seeking a talented and creative
UI/UX Designer
with

–6 years of hands-on experience
to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex requirements into elegant and functional design solutions that delight our users and align with business goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
At Metayb, engineers are expected to take end-to-end ownership and contribute to building scalable, future-ready digital products.
Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for B2B, B2C, SaaS, and product-based applications, from requirement gathering and research to final design delivery and implementation support.
Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to understand customer pain points, business objectives, and technical requirements, translating them into intuitive and scalable design solutions.
Design user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, visual interfaces, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms with a strong focus on usability, scalability, and customer engagement.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, market benchmarking, and product background research to identify opportunities for product enhancement and deliver value-driven user experiences through innovative and creative design thinking.
Create seamless and user-centric experiences tailored for both enterprise (B2B) users and consumer-facing (B2C) audiences, ensuring alignment with product strategy, customer expectations, and business goals.
Apply user-centered design principles, interaction design standards, responsive design practices, and accessibility guidelines to build modern, intuitive, and high-performing digital experiences.
Develop, maintain, and evolve design systems, UI component libraries, style guides, and design standards to ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms.
Work closely with development teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure flawless implementation of designs, design feasibility, and adherence to quality and usability standards.
Conduct usability testing, gather stakeholder and customer feedback, analyze user behavior, and continuously iterate designs to improve customer satisfaction and overall product performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, UI/UX best practices, emerging technologies, and evolving SaaS/product design trends to bring innovation and continuous improvement into the product ecosystem.
