on the lookout for a skilled UI UX desginer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable web applications from front to back.
Key Responsibilities:
UI/UX/CX Design:
Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for websites, web applications, and digital products, adhering to UI and UX principles.
User Research:
Conduct thorough user research, analyze findings, and translate insights into design decisions to enhance user experiences.
Prototyping:
Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to demonstrate design concepts and functionalities effectively.
Information Architecture:
Define the structure and organization of digital products to optimize user flow and navigation.
Visual Design:
Craft intuitive and visually engaging interfaces, integrating branding elements and ensuring design consistency.
Usability Testing:
Plan and execute usability testing sessions, gathering feedback to iteratively enhance designs.
Customer Journey Mapping:
Create and refine customer journey maps to improve the overall customer experience.
Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Client Interaction:
Effectively communicate design concepts and project progress with clients, addressing their feedback and requirements.
Stay Current:
Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Deadline Management:
Consistently meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Must Have:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX Designing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven experience in UI, UX, and CX design, supported by a robust portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments.
Experience with agile or iterative design methodologies is a plus.
Strong understanding of usability and accessibility principles.
