About the Role
P99Soft Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
Job Description: UI/UX Designer – Product Design
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to design clean, modern, and user-friendly experiences for our AI and SaaS products.
The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in UI design, UX psychology, product thinking, colors, typography, layouts, and design systems. We are looking for someone who can go beyond creating good-looking screens and think deeply about user flows, product clarity, and usability.
Key Responsibilities
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens.
Create intuitive experiences for web apps, dashboards, admin panels, and AI-based product workflows.
Apply strong design fundamentals across color, typography, spacing, hierarchy, accessibility, and visual balance.
Think through user journeys, friction points, empty states, error states, edge cases, and responsive behavior.
Work closely with product managers to convert requirements into clear design solutions.
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are practical, consistent, and well implemented.
Build and maintain reusable components and design systems.
Use AI tools to speed up research, ideation, UX copy, wireframing, and design exploration.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Figma.
Good understanding of UI/UX principles, UX psychology, and product usability.
Strong sense of colors, typography, layout, spacing, iconography, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to design SaaS products, dashboards, forms, tables, workflows, and responsive web interfaces.
Product mindset with the ability to question, simplify, and improve user flows.
Ability to communicate design decisions clearly with product and engineering teams.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI, Galileo, Uizard, Framer, Midjourney, or similar tools for faster execution
Preferred Background
Prior experience working in a design studio, creative agency, or product design consulting environment.
Exposure to branding, visual systems, UX flows, web/app design, design systems, and presentation-ready product visuals.
Experience designing AI products, enterprise SaaS, analytics dashboards, or developer tools is a plus.
