About The Role
We're seeking a talented and creative
UI/UX Designer
with
2–5 years of hands-on experience
to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex requirements into elegant and functional design solutions that delight our users and align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Design user flows, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes that deliver a seamless user experience.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on feedback to refine and improve designs.
Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides for consistent user interfaces across platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
Work closely with development teams to ensure flawless implementation of designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision
, or
Adobe Creative Suite
.
Strong understanding of
responsive design

mobile-first principles
, and
accessibility standards
.
Solid grasp of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability testing.
Ability to balance user needs with business objectives and technical feasibility.
