Role: Travel Consultant
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience: 1-4 years
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international flight amendments including date change, reissuance, rerouting, cancellation, refund, and name correction as per airline policies.
Interpret and apply fare rules accurately for revalidation and reissue cases.
Coordinate with airlines for waiver approvals, schedule changes, and involuntary cases.
Manage ADM prevention by ensuring correct pricing and compliance with airline policies.
Provide prompt support to B2B agents via calls, emails, and CRM tools.
Handle queue management and prioritize urgent cases.
Support escalations and complex amendment scenarios efficiently.
Manage
LCC (Low-Cost Carrier) bookings
, amendments, cancellations, and refunds as per airline-specific processes.
Handle
NDC (New Distribution Capability) bookings
,
Required Skills:
Strong international ticketing & amendment knowledge.
Hands-on experience in
Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre
.
Knowledge of
LCC portals & NDC booking
.
Good understanding of fare construction & penalties.
Eligibility:
1–4 years of experience in international air ticketing (B2B preferred).
Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts if required). No Night Shift for females
