Role: Travel Consultant Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Experience: 2-6 years Key Responsibilities Ticketing & Reservations Handle domestic & international flight bookings and reservations using GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo . Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund tickets in compliance with airline policies and fare rules. Manage itinerary changes, seat assignments, special requests, guest preferences, and ancillary services. Customer Interaction & Support Respond to customer inquiries about flight schedules, fare details, ticketing policies, and travel documentation with professionalism. Provide timely resolution of ticketing issues and complaints; follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate proactively with travel agents, internal teams, and airline partners to resolve operational challenges. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred. Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and airline reservation platforms. 2-4 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel industry roles (for Senior level).
