Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced
Series Ticketing Executive
to manage airline series bookings, fare coordination, ticket issuance, amendments, and airline liaison activities. The candidate must have strong GDS knowledge and experience handling high-volume fixed departure / block seat series operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
Airline Series / Fixed Departure Bookings
(Domestic & International).
Coordinate with airlines for
series fare negotiation, seat blocking & confirmations
.
Monitor
ticketing deadlines (TTL)
and name submissions.
Work closely with Sales & Product teams for series inventory utilization.
Maintain tracking sheet for blocked seats vs sold inventory.
Handle
ADM / debit note cases
related to series bookings.
Ensure compliance with airline series contract terms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
2–6 years experience in Series
Strong knowledge of:
Series fare structure
Airline group/series policies
Reissue & refund calculations
Seat management & inventory control
Ability to handle bulk ticketing under tight timelines.
Good coordination & communication skills.
