Key Responsibilities
Handle
group booking requests
for domestic and international travel
Coordinate with airlines for
group fare quotations, blocking, and confirmations
Manage
ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds
for group bookings
Ensure timely follow-ups with airlines and internal stakeholders
Provide accurate fare details and travel options to agents/customers
Handle
LCC (Low-Cost Carrier) and GDS bookings
efficiently
Maintain proper documentation and booking records
Resolve booking-related queries and issues within defined TAT
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
2 –4 years of experience
in group booking / air ticketing
Good knowledge of
GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
Experience in handling
domestic & international group travel
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings
Attention to detail and accuracy in fare handling
