Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to travel operations.
Assist agents/customers with booking support, modifications, cancellations, and basic fare queries.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and internal teams for issue resolution.
Follow up on KYC documentation and agent onboarding-related queries.
Ensure accurate updating of bookings and customer records in internal systems.
Provide timely and effective resolution to customer and agent concerns.
Maintain service quality standards and turnaround times.
Required Skills & Competencies
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in contact center or travel operations preferred (freshers may apply).
Basic knowledge of air ticketing or travel processes is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/booking systems.
Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts and handle call volumes efficiently.
