Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international travel booking operations
Manage ticketing, refunds, reissues, cancellations, and amendments
Maintain and update daily PWS/Productivity reports accurately
Monitor booking productivity and operational performance metrics
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution and workflow management
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and quality standards
Track pending cases and ensure timely closures
Support team leaders and management with operational reports and data analysis
Deliver prompt support to travel agents/customers via calls and emails
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in travel operations/customer support preferred
Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
Understanding of ticketing, refunds, reissues, and cancellations
Good analytical and reporting skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting
Ability to work in rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment
