Manage a complex portfolio of transport providers, moving beyond basic oversight to Partnership Management that drives innovation and service resilience.
Oversee transport operations with a high degree of focus, ensuring exceptional employee satisfaction, and leveraging data-driven insights with real-time feedback to sustain industry-leading sentiment scores.
Act as the primary liaison between the various real estate and workplace services teams including workplace services, Security, transactions, and project executive teams. Support other program operations as necessary throughout other locations in APAC and EMEA.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in corporate employee transportation operations and services.
Experience with developing and managing budgets and capital budget justification.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in vendor and program management.
Experience in safety and risk management.
